I create containers—on coastal trails, in the Greenhouse, around kitchen tables,
inside virtual circles, and within the spaces where we live and work—
where people can soften, find clarity, and stand back up rooted in their own strength.

this work brings us back to what matters—presence, connection, and truly embodying a way of living that feels sustainable.
